Who is Artsparks Studio for?
Artsparks Studio is for young creatives who are keen to learn new techniques and hone their skills. Through a series of planned artworks, Kim provides structured, high-level training to help them grow in confidence and skill.
The program is also useful for aspiring artists aiming to build a portfolio for Senior School Art Scholarships.
How does it work?
ART PACK
Every six weeks, members receive a carefully curated art pack containing the materials needed to create six impressive works of art focusing on drawing and watercolour techniques.
WEEKLY VIDEO LESSON
Each week, they will gain exclusive access to a one-hour video lesson with Kim, packed with expert guidance, step-by-step instructions, and invaluable tips to enhance their skills. They'll draw and paint along with the video and at the end they'll have an artwork they're proud of.
FEEDBACK & PRAISE
Young artists can submit their finished pieces to Kim for personalised feedback, where they may be challenged to refine their work, add details, or take their piece to the next level. They'll also be praised for their efforts which will boost their confidence.
Practical details
COST
£20 per half term (6 weeks worth of lessons) Please cancel at least 3 weeks before half term/holidays as this is when the new pack will be prepared and sent out. You will be told what the cut off date will be.
MATERIALS
A Studio Pack is posted to you at the start of each half term and consists of beautifully printed reference pictures and high quality 300gsm paper for drawing and watercolours.
VIDEO INSTRUCTION
1 hour Training Video will be send via Email every Thursday.
PERSONALISED FEEDBACK
Art can be sent to Kim via WhatsApp for feedback. This is not compulsory but is recommended to get the full value from the studio.
Spaces are limited and Studio bookings will close when capacity is reached.
