Who is Artsparks Studio for?
Artsparks Studio is for young creatives who are keen to learn new techniques and hone their skills. Through a series of planned artworks, Kim provides structured, high-level training to help them grow in confidence and skill. We focus mainly on Watercolour painting and sketching.
The program is also useful for aspiring artists aiming to build a portfolio for Senior School Art Scholarships.
How does it work?
Four Online Lessons per Month
Every month, you'll receive access to 4 online art lessons which can be watched and followed anytime. I'll talk your child through the different steps of the artwork.
FEEDBACK & PRAISE
Young artists can submit their finished pieces to me for personalised feedback, where they may be challenged to refine their work, add details, or take their piece to the next level. They'll also be praised for their efforts which will boost their confidence.
Online Art Gallery
Their art will be uploaded to our online Artsparks Gallery!
Practical details
COST
£18 per month (4 weeks worth of lessons). This is for the whole family. If you need to, please cancel before the start of the new month otherwise you will be billed. You will be told what the cut off date will be.
MATERIALS
I love to use high quality 300gsm paper for drawing and watercolours. Here is a link to Cass Art paper which I have found to be the best in terms of quality and price. Any watercolours will do but I do particularly like Artway or Windsor and Newton if you're prepared to spend bit more.
VIDEO INSTRUCTION
30 - 40 minute Training Video will be send via Email every Wednesday or Thursday.
PERSONALISED FEEDBACK
Art can be sent to Kim via WhatsApp for feedback. This is not compulsory but is recommended to get the full value from the studio.
Spaces are limited and Studio bookings will close when capacity is reached.
